replace the foot pad

depending on service of pool the footpad should last around one year

if yours is lasting less than you may need to look at how fast your Kreepy krauly is going as if to fast the pad will need replacement fast.

the kk speed is controlled by it's regulator that is in the skimmer and is controlled by a spring that goes up and down.

This setup is bad as some pumps have to much suction and overtakes the regultor. So buying a better and more manual controlled regulator like hayward will help.

this regulator has a small handle you can open close hole to allow more or less pressure letting you help control speed of kk.

YOU NEED TO READJUST WHERE THE WEIGHTS ARE ON THE HOSE. YOU MAY NEED TO KEEP TRYING DIFFERENT CONFIGUARATIONS UNTIL YOU GET IT RIGHT.

On the problem with not going in the deep end, I found if you twist the hoses you can force a direction for the head to move to. On the issue with the head vibrating but staying in one spot, you have to do a couple of things, first adjust the weight a little back from the head. Secind try reducung the suction to the head by adjusting the valve at the cleaner slightly.

KREEPY CRAWLER PROBLEM

the problem may be you simply need to add a few sections of auto cleaner hose links. These hose's come in 3' sections, you claim to have "9" which give you 27' of hose for a 32' L pool. Assuming your cleaner hose is attached approx. in the middle, it sounds as though you may have "too little" hose and that may keep your cleaner from moving in a straight line long enough to reach the deep end. AS LONG AS YOUR POOL IS NOT DEEPER THEN 9-10 FT, 3 WEIGHTS ARE FINE. TRY PLACING THEM CLOSER TOGETHER (AT NECK, +3FT,+3FT.)
